This course provides an excellent, fun filled, hands on, practical one-day
introduction to designing digital greeting Cards and mastering the
techniques using photoshop CS3. The following elements will be looked at:

Opening and creating new images and work with the Photoshop
workspace
Creating custom brushes,
applying effects and filters
Working with colour adjustments and layer transparancy to produce
some stunning results.
Applying the finished artworks onto a greeting card template.

This course will be suitable for fine artists and crafters looking for a general
introduction to working effectively with digital images and those who wish to
familiarise themselves with digital ways of working, developing colour ideas,
painting techniques and compositional layouts before attempting a final
painted work.
